PRICING AND TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
Due to the price changes of the ethnic/imported goods industry in other countries , all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to
list the most accurate, up to the minute information. If prices do change, we cannot offer refunds for price differences. Despite our efforts, some items on our
website may not be priced accordingly. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, photo graphical, or technical error or error in pricing
from our vendors, Izdal.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price.
ORDER PROCESSING
Your order is processed as soon as it is received. Special processing (such as alternate shipping address that has to be verified with bank/customer) or too
many orders for a particular product in the same period of time may delay shipping. Please keep in mind that shipping days means working days. We always
do our best to ship any order as quickly as possible. However, we do not guarantee the shipping time of an order, and in case of a delay, whether our fault
or for reasons beyond our control, we do not accept responsibility for any indirect or consequential damages.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Izdal Group Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Should there be shipping errors, Izdal.com will offer reasonable
assistance in the correction of that error. However, the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery carrier. You must file any such
claims with that delivery carrier.

TAXES AND FEES
We charge taxes on all orders. Per Federal Income tax, we are obligated to pay taxes on all income and for sales tax for Texas customers.
All wholesale orders under $1,000 there is a required $75 processing fee.
APPLICABLE LAW
You agree that any legal action brought against Izdal Group Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of this Site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in
Texas. If several appropriate venues exist, Izdal Group Inc. reserves the right to choose.
JEWELRY
Most of our jewelry is made of silver and various semi-precious stones. Please note that some of these pieces contain gold. Other pieces are a mixed with
silver and other metals. The age of each item varies greatly: some are antique and some could be new. Please note that the metals used in the items
ranges from non-precious metals, to silver and gold. Izdal Group Inc. is the supplier and not the manufacturer of these items.
We do not offer a guarantee about the metal value used in the jewelry. The kuchi style jewelry are traditional tribal pieces and are made from a variety of
metals. Izdal is not responsible for the contents of such metals and/or allergic reactions, etc. to such metals. We have never had any problems with this is
the five years we have been in business.
Our kuchi jewelry is all one of a kind. The items all vary in age from new to old. The older the item, the more imperfections the item may contain (tarnished
metal, nicks, dings, etc.). It may be necessary to gently clean the items once you receive them.
Sometimes customs departments make random searches of packages. From time to time some items may contain a hole created by the customs agents.
When you accept our terms and conditions, you understand that one or more of your items may contain a hole in it. Izdal is not responsible for such items in
domestic or international shipments.
Due to our volume of business, the grouping of items you order may contain plus or minus an item. If your order is missing two or more pieces, Izdal will issue
a refund for the missing items. There will be no replacement of missing items and Izdal is not responsible for damaged pieces.
The sets will not be broken. They are sold in the lot in which they are pictured. The items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items. All
wholesale purchases are final.
All sale items and wholesale order are FINAL SALES, there are no returns or exchanges.
Items may appear bigger or smaller from the photos. We are not responsible for misunderstanding of the size of the items.
If you place an order with Izdal Group Inc. you have agreed to and accepted all of these terms.
